Windows 7 Logon Screen Rotator is a free application that will change the logon background image to an image of your choosing and also at a time you select. Current options include: each day, each logon and each computer lock.
You may choose individual images or folders of images (which will be monitored by the application for changes) for the program to select random images from.
If you only wish to change the image once, this is also possible.
Future
In future releases support for Windows Vista and possible XP will be included. There is currently no estimated release date at this stage but it is currently being worked on.
I am also planning on implementing Internet retrieval of images, I am currently in the process of deciding how best to do this.

Is it free?
Yes. The EULA can be viewed HERE. In short you may redistribute as much as you like, as long as the original package is not edited in anyway. You may host on your own server, but it is preffered that your link to this website.
What languages are available?
Just English at this stage, I do not have the knowledge nor motivation to work on other languages.
